1. Editing the Adopt/Custom Design:

You may change the species and gender of the adopt/custom design, with direct credit back to SharkyLuciel with any social media link. However, if you alter the colors or patterns to the extent that the design no longer resembles the original, it will be considered a different character and cannot be sold as the same character. Renditions of sold characters made by buyer are not allowed to be sold as a different character. No edits or changes may be completed by SharkyLuciel after payment.

2. Usage of Adopt/Custom Design:

You may use the adopt/custom design to create fursuits, Vtuber models, 3D models, comic characters, etc. Please credit me with any of my socials with a working link for the design.

3. Reuploading and Art Credit:

If you reupload the original file of the adopt/custom design anywhere, you must credit me. If you use a base or commission an artist for art, credit the artist for their work and me with any of my socials with a working link for the original design.

4. Rights and Commercial Use:

Upon purchase, you will receive the full-size PNG file, personal rights, and character rights to the adopt/custom design. If used for commercial purposes, credit me with any of my socials with a working link for the original design.

5. Reselling the Adopt/Custom Design:

You may resell/trade the adopt/custom design for its original purchase value. If additional art has been created for the adopt/custom, you may sell it for a higher value that reflects the amount of art received.

6. Co-Ownership:

Co-ownership of the adopt/custom design is permitted. All parties involved must mutually agree to the terms of co-ownership made by the original owner. Both co-owners must credit me with any of my socials with a working link for the original design and clearly state the co-ownership arrangement when using or reuploading the design.
